- Bend forward and rest your palms on the table.
- Widen your legs to shoulder length.

Fast Running:
- Stand in front of the table, at a distance of one hand.
- Bend forward and rest your palms on the table.
- Move your legs up and down as if you are running.
- You can increase the pace accordingly.
- Take a break and then repeat.
