Success gives us a boost and keeps motivated. But remember route to success is never easy. You can call this path a struggle, there is no harm in accepting that you are in a struggling phase. And remember the struggling phase has nothing to do with age.
Students may struggle for studies or careers. Youth may be for relationships and love. Old and elderly for health and peace. This struggle is not age-bound.
You can struggle for a career even in youth and can search for health and peace even after being a student. Hence, the solution to all these problems is self-improvement, and the most important thing for this is efforts for consistency.
How to maintain consistency?
Let’s know how you can maintain consistency
- It is crucial to have clear goals to create consistency.
You should know what your AIM is. It may be that you want to lose weight or to earn ₹ 50000 per month. First, fit it clearly in your mind.
- To reach the goal, divide the process of disembarking the goal into small parts
To reach this goal, divide it into small parts, like if you want to become lean, what should be your task? It should be a healthy diet, exercise, and avoiding outside food.
Divide this task into small parts. For a healthy diet divide the diet task into two parts – one bowl of fruits and one bowl of green vegetables. Now, synchronize a casual schedule for this.
Like take one bowl of fruit at 10:00 in the morning, take one bowl of green vegetables at 2:00, and continue it for a week.
Notice the results with little effort, although the result will be tiny or maybe not at all.
You may notice little changes like feeling fresh and energetic.
- Encourage Your Mind
Encourage your mind that it’s just seven days and seven more days to notice visible changes.
- To maintain consistency reduce distractions.
- Stay focused!
If someone gives you the option of creamy cake and fruits, stay focused on the goal and pick the right choice.
- Routines and habits help in maintaining consistency.
- Practice self-discipline.
It helps in keeping you on track.
- Learn from setbacks and adjust your approach.
Remember, developing consistency takes both effort and time, but it is the key to achieving lasting personal growth.
