Workout Empty Stomach
If you do this then you may feel weak due to less energy in your body so eat something light before exercising so that your body feels energetic.
If you take bananas, grapes or oranges then can perform exercises after15 to 30 min and if you have milk or any other medium state food then can perform exercises after 45min and if you have taken some heavy food then you can do exercises after 2 hours.
Inclined yourself to fruits like apples, bananas, oatmeal, eggs, and porridge.
These foods are rich sources of fiber, and protein, and can fuel and empower your muscles for a longer time.
Gulping water fast
While doing exercise one should not drink less or more quantity of water.
If you feel thirsty while doing exercise then drink water slowly in less amount so that water balance may retain in the body.
Most people make this mistake by gulping a lot of water at a faster pace which is not good for their health.
Have only a sip or two, and not more in one go while exercising.
Wearing tight clothes
Some people wear tight clothes while doing exercise which irritates and also the muscles can’t expand while exercising so the body doesn’t get full results.
During exercise always wear loose and light clothes.
To lower the risk of infections, wash your hands before and after the workout, wipe down your mat and equipment, wear airy-light clothes, and shower ASAP after a workout.
Not doing warmup (Not performing proper form)
Do warm-up before exercises, at least for 10-15 min.
For a warm-up, you can run and can do stretching.
If you do exercises without warm-up then the chances of getting hurt or injuries from exercises are more.
Anything you do whether it is yoga, lifting weights, walking or running start doing it with a trainer or coach first so that you know and understand the correct form of doing it.

Doing the same exercise daily
